Sage Point features suite-style single, double, small double and triple rooms and single, double, triple with private bathroom rooms for approximately 850 students. Sage Point is also home to many of our Living Learning and Theme Communities, making it a great place to pursue your interests and make friends. Sage Point features a 24-hour exercise facility for residents, plenty of outdoor green space, and excellent views of the Wasatch Mountain front. LLCs often help residents complete their general education requirements and make progress on their honors degree or choice of major by engaging community members in a required course.
Arts Floor
If you are a first-year Fine Arts major or minor, or are deeply invested in the arts, the Arts Floor is an excellent Theme Community option for you. Residents of the Arts Floor are engaged in a community that supports the unique needs of both performing and visual artists and their creative works. If you live there, you and your neighbors will find great ways to connect with Fine Arts faculty and opportunities. Additionally, you will find camaraderie among people who understand the demands of a career or passion in the Arts.
