Cancellation Schedule

Cancellations are defined as occurring pre-occupancy (i.e. before the start of the terms of the housing agreement) when a student cancels their agreement with HRE. Cancellation costs are a flat rate fee. The below tables are for cancellation fees based on the date the form is submitted in Housing U by the student. Students who submit a cancellation form  by April 11, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. for the 2023-2024 academic year will not be subject to a cancellation fee and receive their $200 reservation fee refunded to their credit card used to pay the reservation fee.
