Location: The Impact & Prosperity Epicenter is centrally located on Lower Campus near many campus facilities, including the Student Life Center, Student Union, Spencer Fox Eccles Business Building, Lassonde Studios and Kahlert Village.
Eligibility: The Impact & Prosperity Epicenter will house first year through graduate students. Students can select from a variety of housing options that suit their living learning lifestyle.
Description: Opening in Fall 2024, the Impact & Prosperity Epicenter will be a place where changemakers unite to live, learn, and work to solve the world's great challenges. The Impact & Prosperity Epicenter integrates housing with programming to offer students an unparalleled and integrated experience that matches passionate students with the expertise of industry professionals and scholars to empower a new generation of changemakers committed to social good. We're currently looking for motivated self-starters who are passionate about people and the planet to apply to live and thrive in our on-campus community beginning in fall 2024. We encourage students from a diverse range of backgrounds and experience levels to apply.
The building is located in the heart of campus with convenient access to the Student Life Center, Trax (light rail) stations, buses, dining, and many other nearby University resources. It will house 778 residents in three different housing options, each designed to meet the unique needs of students throughout their academic journey. Housing options include end-cap communities, 4- and 8-bedroom apartments, and classic single and double room. The Epicenter will also be the landmark home of the Center for Business, Health, and Prosperity as well as the Sorenson Impact Institute.
